New Omax Dashboard Optimizes Service and Support

Omax recently launched a new Digital Customer Dashboard to help streamline the parts-purchasing experience for customers. It features the company’s new Marketplace e-commerce interface, to provide a personalized, all-encompassing and convenient digital support experience.

At the portal, an intuitive dashboard greets customers who can then access part-order status, service cases, manuals, e-learning materials and account-management tools. After setting up an account, a customer also can download/activate software. And, there is a new channel to engage one-on-one with customer service.
